Shipping, Processing, and Returns
Processing / Creation Time:
H.I.E. is a small dedicated team, but we work hard to ensure our customer's satisfaction. Sometimes the volume of our workload varies and will affect creation time. So we ask for 3-8 business days to create your order. All of our items are handprinted only after we receive the order. But we will work as quickly as possible to get your order ready to be shipped.

Shipping Time:
Once prepared, the items are shipped. It takes three to eight business days for USA orders. It depends on where you live, but you may choose priority shipping at checkout. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please email support@hiefashion.com.
Lost or stolen packages:
H.l.E. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking says "delivered" and you did not receive it please contact your mail carrier.
International Orders:
Yes, we do ship internationally! Thank you! However, any customs fees or fees associated with international mail must be covered by the customer. International orders usually take 2-4 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.
Return Policy
Return Policy:
All of our items are brand new. The designs are handprinted onto the products only after we receive an order for that specific product. So at this time, we cannot process returns, refunds, cancellations or exchanges. All sales are final.
If, however, your item is defective or you have received the incorrect item, please contact us for a replacement within five business days. And we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.
Since we don't accept cancellations or returns, we ask that you please double check our size charts. Some shirts fit differently than others, so it's better to double check.
